March Expiration
Today is the expiration of five of our March covered call positions. My plan is to simply let these trades play out this afternoon. Here is what I mean …
The calls that we sold in AAL, ONON, and UBER are very likely going to expire worthless this afternoon, and come Monday morning I will decide if we should sell new calls against our stock positions, or simply exit the positions entirely. This decision will largely be based on the state of the market.
Our TOL and ALGM covered call positions are likely going to expire in-the-money. That means that we will walk away from these trades with our full profits, and come Monday morning we will no longer own stock or option positions in TOL and ALGM.
Expect to hear from me Monday with directions on how we will manage AAL/ONON/UBER.
