Sell JD.com (JD) Stock Position
On Friday, the JD.com (JD) September 78 call that we sold expired worthless.
Today, because of the recent market weakness we are going to exit our stock position and take a small loss on our covered call.
While we could sell a new call to further lower our cost basis on our position, because of the shakiness of the market I am simply going to exit my stock position and prepare to move the capital into the next idea tomorrow morning.
Of note, despite today’s JD loss of approximately less than 1%, four of our covered call positions closed Friday for profits ranging from 7.14% - 12.5%.
I will give a full breakdown of our profits, and one loss, tomorrow with the new trade idea.
