Bear Call Spread: SPY July 29, 2022, 405/410 calls

I want to close out our SPY July 29, 2022, 405/410 bear call spread today for $0.35. By closing out the trade we can lock in 8.70%.
Some of you may wish to hold on to the trade and that’s perfectly okay. The probability on the trade stands at over 90%, but I’m going to take off my trade, lock in some decent profits and move on to the next opportunity.

Buy to close SPY July 29, 2022, 405 call strike
Sell to close SPY July 29, 2022, 410 call strike for a total of $0.35 (As always, the price of spread will vary, please adjust accordingly.)
