We’ve grown slightly more optimistic during the past couple of weeks, partly from the action of growth stocks, and partly because few other investors are optimistic (see pages 1 and 6). We added one new stock last week, and we’re not opposed to adding another should a low-risk set-up emerge. But for now, we’re content to hold our 33% cash position and wait for the bulls to truly take control.
