* Company Lowers Fiscal Year 2013 Guidance: Revenue, Net Income and EPS of at least $205.0 million, $43.0 million and $1.55, respectively.

“This company produces and distributes humic acid-based compound fertilizers, other varieties of compound fertilizers, and agricultural products. There is a very good chance that this stock will come back in the second half and will be up from here. That said, it is going down first. Sell, bank your gains.”
