The market is strong and I remain quite bullish on the market’s future, not least because the man on the street is still not interested in investing. However, I’m not recommending a hot growth stock today. Instead, I’m recommending a strong ETF in a sector that’s been out of favor for many years and that has the potential to climb for many more as investors come back to the sector.
