Right here, it’s too soon to assume the market is ready for a sustained advance—the trends are still down and few set-ups exist, especially among growth stocks. We are making a couple of moves in the Model Portfolio tonight (one partial sell, one new buy), but we remain in a defensive stance with about 74% in cash (after tonight’s moves).
