We’ve added four new stocks to the Model Portfolio during the past two weeks, and in tonight’s issue, we’re adding one more that we believe is a new liquid leader. That leaves us with 23% in cash. All in all, that’s enough buying for now as we look for upside follow-through in the market and leading stocks.
