The market is in the midst of an encouraging bounce, though so far our market timing indicators all remain negative. Because we’re already holding a lot of cash, we’re not in a hurry to raise more ... but we’re also willing to wait patiently for green lights before doing any new buying.We only have one change in the Model Portfolio tonight, switching eBay (EBAY) back to buy, as the stock has been one of the first to reach new-high ground.
