The market remains in an uptrend, our indicators are positive, and you should be optimistic that higher prices are on the way. None of that has changed much in recent weeks or even months. However, underneath the surface, something important may be changing--after a very long (nearly a year) of base-building and numerous starts and stops, leading stocks are finally kicking into gear, with a few blowing out from good looking launching pads.
