Emerging market stocks are barely hanging on to their buy signal, but Chinese stocks are considerably stronger. So, following our rule of sticking to what works, we’re heading into a heavier China weighting in our portfolio. We’re a little uncomfortable with our very low cash balance, but we have some stocks on short leashes, and if they stumble, we could be more heavily in cash. As always, we’ll let the market tell us what to do.
