A new buy signal! Today’s action was enough to flip our Emerging Markets Timer back to a buy signal after a couple of months in negative territory. Granted, we don’t advise jumping in with both feet (it’s usually best to move back into the market in a few steps), but with the Timer now positive, we’re putting money back to work. Some of that money will go into this week’s recommendation, a leader in the Chinese education market. It’s a new name to us, with rapid growth and buoyant earnings estimates giving it a strong shot to become a leader of the next advance.
