Emerging markets have shown some nice strength after their March Meltdown, but we can’t say that things are really rosy. The indexes we follow haven’t flashed new buy signals and lots of stocks are still in their short-term trading ranges. With our usual fishing grounds not producing, we’re heading for a brand new (to us) market that is showing signs of strength for a strong energy stock of an innovative company.
