As we write in this issue, Chinese stocks are acting much better than emerging market stocks as a whole, but they too are in a base-building phase. Overall, we’re leaning bullish and taking things on a stock-by-stock basis, but with the trend of most emerging market stocks sideways to down, you shouldn’t get too comfortable.
