The Cabot Emerging Markets Timer has been dancing up and down since its big late-February dip. We are still stuck with our sell signal, but we’re also only a few good days away from a new buy signal … if the market cooperates. We’re taking this opportunity to dial back our exposure slightly and are putting another stock on hold. But most of our stocks remain in healthy ranges and we’re content to stick with them as we wait for markets to get back on the upward track.
