The Cabot Emerging Markets Timer continues to give a red light, but not by much. Tuesday’s big up day in the market lifted lots of stocks back in the right direction, but we take our market timing seriously, so we’re not making any big moves yet. The Chinese transfer of power went off without a hitch, although with a few surprises. And we have a solid Chinese utility to add to our watch list.
