The Cabot Emerging Markets Timer is looking healthier all the time, easing concerns that our buy signal will disappear in a market whipsaw. There hasn’t been a lot of good news to explain why investors are edging back into the stock market, but a few hopeful signs from Europe and a sense that the broad market was simply oversold seems to have done the trick. We’re marking the occasion by buying a little of a very fresh IPO and shifting an old friend from the watch list to our buy list. The summer stock market appears to be heating up!
