Emerging markets stocks are showing some signs of calming down, which is a good thing. And while we don’t have a new buy signal to work with, we have an interesting workaround in the form of a stock with such solid fundamentals that it presents a remarkably attractive opportunity. With a gradually strengthening U.S. economy and Europe hard at work on the problems of Italy, we’re moderately optimistic as we head deeper into December.
