This eight-day rally has kicked the Halter USX China Index above its 25-day moving average! Now all we need is for that average to start trending up and we will have a new buy signal. If we do get a new buy signal, we won’t be jumping in with both feet, but we have a couple of names that we like and a couple of strategies we can follow.
