The good news is that the Cabot China-Timer is showing us a big green light, and we’re moving one stock from the Watch List to a buy rating and adding another as our regular pick. While there’s a consensus that there’s a correction due somewhere down the line, there’s no evidence that it’s just around the corner. So we’re happy to follow the market’s lead and move toward being more fully invested.
