ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ (SQQQ)
From The National Investor

Although a dovish view from the Fed next week might do some temporary harm here, I advise that you put 3% (of your portfolio for ALL accounts) weighting back into the ProShares Ultra Pro Short ETF (SQQQ.) Recently, the tech (and biotech, which has been hot) heavy index has been the outperformer out of all indices, setting a new all-time high.

And although President Trump is still only officially “mulling tariffs” anew against China, specifically, that would more directly impact technology, my guess is that he will end up making some moves in that direction.

In any event, if I am correct and we get another move down for stocks near-term to test the February lows (suddenly more likely again), the Nasdaq has more to give back.

Consider SQQQ a BUY right off the bat.
