Sell: Pool Corp. (POOL)
From Martin’s Ultimate Portfolio
updated from WSBI 782, June 15, 2016
We’re putting in an order to sell all our shares in Pool Corp. (POOL) at a limit price of $95.42. Figuring in a buy price of $90.12, we should bank a gain of 5.9%.
Your profits may vary a bit depending on when you bought and sold your shares. But no matter: These results are solid.
The fact is we still like Pool. It boasts solid fundamentals and has an outstanding market presence. But it’s dropped in our model and has become overextended. Best to take the money off the table before a pullback—which could be right around the corner—takes its toll.
