SELL: VanEck Vectors Vietnam ETF (VNM)

Long-term I expect the VanEck Vectors Vietnam ETF (VNM) to noticeably outperform the market due to its growing status as a source of cheap labor. However, I doubt it will be insulated from the coming troubles, so here again I’ll try to execute the difficult maneuver of getting out and getting back in at a much better price. I now keep a list of these charts to check every so often what stocks I’m interested in and at what price I would buy. We are 2.6% in the red on this one. In a normal market, this would be well within a tolerable range of expectations, but this is not a normal market and the worldwide economic slowdown does not seem to have any intention of skipping Vietnam. Sell the VanEck Vectors Vietnam ETF.
