ArcBest Corporation (ARCB) is being downgraded to Sell. Shares have slumped in recent weeks, hurt by a weak environment for trucking stocks because of the partial government shutdown, unfavorable weather, and the impact of trade tariffs.
A deteriorating profit outlook is also worrisome. Over the last two months, earnings estimates have been revised downward for both 2019 and 2020. Sell.
