Sell National Storage Affiliates (NSA)
National Storage Affiliates (NSA 22) fell lower today on no specific news—and that’s not good. It’s possible that this is a signal that earnings—to be reported August 8—will disappoint. On the other hand, in Tuesday’s update, I expressed my more general reservations about the stock—it’s come a long way and I believe the rush into dividend-paying stocks is easing. So tonight I’m recommending selling the stock (ideally tomorrow on a bounce), and redeploying the profits into one of my other buy-rated stocks. SELL.
