Sell Accolade (ACCD)
I’ve decided to cut bait with Accolade (ACCD) since the stock just dribbled below its October low. This is another case where a healthcare tech stock just can’t seem to maintain enough momentum to keep investors engaged, despite the relatively steady financial performance and seemingly bright future. I don’t know if the takeaway is that healthcare is just so complicated that these business models seem prone to disruption or what. But the bottom line is that relative to other opportunities on the horizon that I suspect will garner more sustained investor support, ACCD just doesn’t hold up. We will exit the position just below breakeven. SELL
